Such a big girl!

My cousins, Jacob and Rebekah live right next door/across the field from me and they have lots of things for me to play on outside...a playhouse, sandbox, swingset, and a trampoline! I graduated to going down (and up) the slide all by myself, and one of these days, I might be just like Rebekah and jump in a trampoline competition!

Future Panther?

Aunt Becky bought me this shirt, but I'm not so sure daddy is thrilled with the idea of me being a Panther...he keeps asking me where I'm going to college...I answer with "Ill-noy!" We'll see - I have a while to think about it! But in the meantime, this picture is sure cute, and yes, I accessorized well don't you think?!

Feeding the Ducks

Mommy had a fun idea one night to go up to Decatur Lake and feed the ducks some bread. Mommy said she always remembered going there when she was little. I wasn't real sure what we were supposed to be doing at first, but I caught on and had a lot of fun...we ran out of bread too quickly though! About a month later, we were on our way to the Doctor and as we were passing the lake, I looked out the window and said "duh-ties!" "wah-wuh, no-no." Mom looked at me funny - she had no idea what I was talking about, but then it dawned on her that I was talking about the time we went to feed the ducks!! Her and daddy kept telling me not to go in the water - only the duckies get to be in the water. Feeding the ducks again would have been a lot more fun than going to see the Doctor!

Fab-u-lous!

Since the day I opened mommy's jewelry box and found some of her necklaces, I've gotten some of my own. I love bracelets, necklaces, and putting lipstick on. Right now, mom says I look pretty in chapstick, so I believe her. One day though I'm sure I'll look Fab-u-lous in bright red LIPstick!! (the green stick in the picture is actually concealer, mom doesn't want you to think she wears green lipstick)!

(one of) My first no-no's

It's kind of hard to see, but this is my beautiful artwork I colored for mommy on her display shelves! She tells me I'm only supposed to color on paper - to ME, this looks like paper!

Trip to Six Flags

Scott, Sarah, & Morgan just moved into a new house (which is really nice) and live about 10 minutes away from Six Flags Darien Lake. We went for the day...Went to kiddie land first and rode all the rides we were big enough for and loved every one of them. I personally liked the fastest one the best - I laughed and laughed. It went up and down AND around. Dad rode that one with me because mom said she might get sick. It was kind of like a little kids octopus. After all the rides, we were getting hungry, so we stopped to eat lunch. After it had warmed up a little, we went over to the waterpark. The water was still freezing, but we had a lot of fun anyway. The slides that are behind me in one picture, we went down soo many times, but for some reason, didn't get any pictures of them. At about 2:00, Scott's mom & dad came to get us girls and took us home. We were pooped! They watched us while our parents stayed and rode the big kid rides.

Chillin' out with Mom

After hanging out with dad on the hammock, (pictures under "Good times with dad"), I wasn't really wanting to swing anymore. Dad managed to take some cute shots though. I still remember this 3 months later...During the course of the evening, somewhere around the time we took these pictures, I got my first spanking...I was playing with the radio they have outside - turning it on and off, switching the station and pushing all the buttons. Everyone thought it was cute, but Moooom, (after several attempts to distract my attention to other things and it wasn't working), got tired of me not listening. After I calmed down, we took a breather on the swing with Morgan and Sarah.

A Trip to the Mall in Matching Outfits

We had planned to go to this museum for kids for the day, but by the time Morgan & I had our morning naps and got ready to go, it was too late to get the most out of our day. Then we decided to look into going to the zoo, but when we got there, it was going to close in about an hour. So for our third choice, our mommies decided they wanted to go shopping. The dads didn't really care by this point - but hey we were up for it - we got to ride the little carousel and had a lot of fun.

Just Getting There

New York

How many pictures can you take on one vacation?? Well, too many is better than not enough I guess. Mommy is going to try her best to make some slideshows of the different things we did while we were there. We stayed almost a week and I had soo much fun playing with my cousin Morgan - she is 1 month younger than me so we get along great! Now that October is half over, (and mom is blogging from back in July now) we will be showing you more pictures soon because Morgan is coming to my house over Thanksgiving. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! See you soon girl!

First Airplane Ride

Mom & Dad didn't quite know what to expect when we took our first family vacation to NY to see our cousins. I was getting to the point where I liked to explore and they weren't sure if I'd hold still and want to sit in the seats. BUT - I more than met their expectations! I watched movies, ate snacks, read books, and talked to the people sitting around us. I liked everything about flying except coming down hurt my ears a little, but I was so good that we are going to fly more often!

And We Try It Again...

With Success! Mommy decided it would be a smart idea to fill up the pool in the morning then let it sit out in the sun - boy did that help! I liked it much better this time around. Aunt Becky and Jeremy came over too. Oh and mom hadn't yet bought me any swim diapers, so notice the picture of my huge "butt".
